Get the free weekly planner. It has spaces for 5 servings of fruits and veges. I think that you're only supposed to eat 5 servings (1/2 cup per serving).
I agree that the new plan is really ambiguous. And the fact that I'm 30 lbs overweight and I'm at the lowest point intake (29) doesn't make sense either.
I guess it does make sense when you realize that WW is a money-making institution that would benefit financially from the majority of its clients losing weight as slow as possible.
